My other works include: The Last Stand, The Day The Earth Cried, AVZ: Aliens vs Zombies and Midnight Scavenger Go.
I also wrote several horror anthologies with my brother:

I’m currently working on The Day They Came Back, the science fiction sequel to The Day The Earth Cried
If someone was just hearing about you for the first time what 1 thing would you want them to know?
Zombie Park (the first book in the Z-Day series) was the first zombie novel I have written and it is also the novel that really launched my career in the horror genre.
Did you always want to be a writer?
Since I was a kid, I was writing. In the nineties after my stint in the army, my focus turned to becoming published. In 2006, I published my first fantasy novel: Bunga (Originally issued as The Tree of No Boundaries)
What has been the biggest adventure of your life?
Besides meeting a majority of The Walking Dead cast and horror icons, my stint in the military was my biggest adventure. During that time, I appeared in the movie Moon 44 with Malcolm McDowell, Michael Pare and Dean Devlin. While stationed in Germany, I won awards for creating Haunted Houses and was a drummer for the metal band Latem.
If zombie apocalypse were to happen tomorrow would you be prepared?
Nobody would. The zombie would overrun everything and everyone. Stock pile what you want. In the end, you would still have to search for more food and supplies to survive.
What 3 things do you feel everyone should have to be ready for a survival situation?
Machete, safe place to hold out, food and water. A tank would be helpful.
Who would you want with you if civilized society fell apart?
Michonne…just kidding. An army.
What 2 books would be in your bug out bag, knowing you would have to read them over and over?
The novel to Dawn of the Dead and Wizard of Oz.
If we were thrown into the dark ages what would you miss most?
Television, my computer and Taco Bell. No Taco Bell? The zombies can take me.
What is the most surprising fact about you?
Besides writing two poetry books? I’m an executive producer on two films being filmed right now: Stirring starring Brinke Stevens and Evil Bong 666.
