What are your published works, and what are you working on?

Published Works

The Zee Brothers : Curse of the Zombie Omelet – A fun take on zombies in a world where they’re not quite the apocalyptic level threat they are elsewhere.

Guppy Butter – A humorous kids story that both children and parents will enjoy.

Currently working on

The Zee Brothers – Book 2, title currently undecided. Rough draft is complete and I am working on editing. It should be released no later than October 2017.

Mashed : The Culinary Delights of Twisted Erotic Horror – An anthology of short stories collected from amazing authors from all over the world. The stories will leave you disturbed, inappropriately aroused and possibly a little hungry.

If someone was just hearing about you for the first time what 1 thing would you want them to know?

I would want them to know that I am not as horrible as the sometimes dark matter my stories dive into is. I’m generally a pretty nice guy. My stories are one of the ways I healthily express the darkness of my human shadow.

Did you always want to be a writer?

Yes. I fell in love with reading at a very young age and in the second or third grade I started writing and loved how it entertained the people reading it.

What has been the biggest adventure of your life?

Oh man. My life has been filled with tons of great adventures. I’ll just have to use the most recent as the biggest and that was my honeymoon with my amazing wife last fall. We loaded up our truck with a futon mattress, bedding and our little 6lb Pekingese, Lola, and hit the road. We pointed the truck in the general direction of the west coast. Our loose goal was to make it to the ocean along the Oregon coast. We drove, we camped, we went up mountains and through a forest fire. We stopped at random scenic vistas, including one on a small side road in the middle of nowhere that was the location of the “Utter Massacre”, evidently it was a real event that happened to the “Utter Family”. I’d heard that phrase off and on throughout my life and was fascinated at its origin. After a few coin tosses, detours and pit stops, we made it to the ocean. We spent the next week with no real plan and no reservations driving up the coast, stopping where we felt like and doing whatever sounded good. I can’t even recount all the magic we witnessed and got to be a part of. It was an amazing time.

If zombie apocalypse were to happen tomorrow would you be prepared?

Mostly. We could always use more food and ammo, but we live in North Idaho where the population isn’t all that thick and everybody’s armed.

What 3 things do you feel everyone should have to be ready for a survival situation?

Means to create clean water. Something to start a fire with and a first aid handbook.

Who would you want with you if civilized society fell apart?

My wife for sure. She’d kick ass and get things done. Aside from her and close family, there are some good people that I know can count on and that would be a great part of Team Survival!

What 2 books would be in your bug out bag, knowing you would have to read them over and over?

Practically speaking, A comprehensive First Aid Guide & A How To Live Off The Land Handbook. Entertainment wise, that’s a tough one. Most of the books I’ve loved the most have been part of a series. I would probably take the final books of Harry Potter & Stephen King’s the Dark Tower Series, so that I could read the endings of those great stories over and over.

If we were thrown into the dark ages what would you miss most?

Music and the internet. Not being able to have 1000’s of my favorite songs whenever I wanted them would make life very dull. And without the internet…well, how would we ever let people know what we were eating for dinner?

What is the most surprising fact about you?

How I can go from having an idea to making it a reality, sometimes by the time I wake up the next day.
